I currently have the s20 ultra and want to upgrade via o2 refresh with my s20, it says I can get an extra £150 if I preorder the s21, I can get £306 for my s20 for a total of £456, what I'm wondering is how exactly does the o2 refresh work with a preordering a new phone? Sorry if that's confusing I didn't know how to word it thanks

Your trade in offer is valid until you receive your new phone.

You then send it off in and choose how you want to be paid.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

So will the extra £150 be added on top of the £306?

Yes. You use your order number as the voucher code which adds the extra payment.
