I thought this as well. When I preordered the 512GB version it was fine but now it says 3 weeks delay.
I tried to call yesterday and waited 25 Mins then a guy put me through to another lady and she cut me off. So I wasn't going to waste another 25 Mins.
I presume my order is OK as it just says waiting for release day.
