Hi
This may be a silly question so sorry ... but I have aSamsung Glaxy S7, just upgraded to S20FE.
Do I just take the sim card out of my old phone and put into the new one as I want to keep the same number.
O2 monthly to O2 upgrade on mothly (new phone)
new one has no SIM card so am I correct in assuming that is what I do.
Thanks in advance

@KEB1 Yes you can use your old sim. If you are in a 5G area and want to avail yourself of those features you would need a new 5G sim which you can request from O2. You would then have to do a sim swap.
SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community
If you're in no rush or not in a 5G area, you can wait until the lockdown ends and call into an O2 Store if you have one nearby, and they'll do the swap for you.
Edit: The swap to a 5G sim is free.

Hi
Many thanks.
Just starting to get set up but seem to be missing the usb connector for the phones. The one I had with my S7, does not fit the S20..
Got the charger but no adaptor like used before from an S5 to S7.
I'll give the wifi a go.
Cheers

@KEB1 You should have a USB C cable.
What's In The Box
S20 FE / USB type C cable / Ejection Pin / Quick start guide |
If you didn't receive one you'll need to call customer service: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Unfortunately, you have to lie these days in order to speak to customer service. O2 doesn't consider your call important because you're not buying anything, so you have to use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.
Below is alternative advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Hi
I had the cable and plug, but thought there would be another connector for smart switch.
Done it all on Wifi so all sorted now.
Thanks so much for your help
