Hi All,
I understand this is a community forum but thought I would ask anyway. When I ordered the S20 Ultra it said Upto 4 weeks delivery. Its now changed to 5 weeks. Just curious, does this mean 4 week (but now 5 weeks) or could it be earlier?

I doubt it will be earlier than stated. O2 have to rely on the allocation of stock they are allowed.

Timing for pre orders is based entirely on the number of devices the manufacturer is supplying V's the number of pre orders obtained by the network.
There will be an immediate allocation for release day then further deliveries in the weeks following.
Your "estimate" is based on balancing those two figures.
It could be earlier but equally, it could be later.

I pre ordered a S20 Ultra and have just had confirmation with DPD tracking number

It was on the 11th of Feb at 8pm just as the unpacked event finished. Tracking also showing in the "my orders" section of my o2 account now.
