Looks like a trip to your local O2 store Carrie, they will sort it out quicker than waiting for O2 to post one out.

You never return the sim as that is your contract, you will need to phone O2 to get it stopped/blocked and get a new one.

I thought it was as it will be a replacement sim rather than a new contract sim? But I could be wrong, thinking about it?
