Royally annoyed!!!!

so, after waiting a week for a replacement phone, i get it, a hour late and without the contract sim..... 😞

i was told to return everything and a new one would be sent with the phone....

Looks like a trip to your local O2 store Carrie, they will sort it out quicker than waiting for O2 to post one out.

That's not normally how it works afaik....

You never return the sim as that is your contract, you will need to phone O2 to get it stopped/blocked and get a new one.

I thought it was as it will be a replacement sim rather than a new contract sim? But I could be wrong, thinking about it?
