As title.. I sent my switch up via royal mail special delivery, it wasn't delivered next day like it should have been so I contacted them and they have just said it has been potentially lost and that I have to wait til the 5th to put a loss claim in with Royal Mail.
How do I approach this with O2? I'm hoping it turns up but if it is lost what am I supposed to tell O2?

You need to speak to them and let them know, and then you will have to put in a claim with Royal Mail for the full retail cost of the phone (hopefully you paid for the upto £1000 option, as otherwise you can only claim upto a limit, and will be liable for the rest)...
Contact details for o2 are here Guide: How to find help & contact O2 I would recommend using the Twitter (X) option..

Yes I still have both receipts from the post office thankfully and asked for insurance on it. I'm so worried about it. Thanks for your comment.

Hello. Yes I took out the insurance on it thankfully. The 2 weeks mark for sending it to them will be the 8th November so I will wait a few more days and see if it's just been a delay somewhere. I have done some research on RM claims.
Thanks for your comment.
