my sim card is not working properly, which is replaced with a new sim card but keep my old number, if it is possible to do?sim kard is in pay&go

Your PAYG SIM card isnt working, so you want to replace it with a new one but keep your number?

 

Yes, thats possible slight_smile Just pop into an O2 shop, get a new SIM card and ask them to transfer your number and tarrif to the new card!
