Rolling plan did not renew on 25th Jan 2024. But payment was taken from my credit card on 25th Jan 2024. Customer Service unable to help. Anyone else have similar problems? Same happened to me in November 2023 so took out a new rolling plan on 25 Nov 2023. It renewed OK in December but not in Jan 2024.
Really poor customer service from O2. How can I get my money back?

You need to speak to Customer Services, as they are the only ones who can help.. Your other option is to contact your bank and do a chargeback..
