Hi. I was changed from Virgin to O2. I’m on a SIM only contract that has expired and is just rolling month to month. I’m now spending more time in the EU and O2 have sent text saying that if I continue to use this they will make charges. I’ve got unlimited data and only used 1.96 GB of 25 GB of data last month. Does this seem right?

You can't be abroad for more than 63 days in any 4 month period without charges.
EU roaming id for short term holidays only.

It is based on time in the EU, and the rules are quite explicit only 63 days usage in 120 days is permitted for no charge roaming after this then you are charged..
It is all in the T&C's
