My roaming isn’t working in France. I have mobile data switched on and roaming on. The 3 G sign is on at the top of the screen. Still not working. I have tried changing the apn to mobile.02.co.uk still nothing

Sounding like roaming is disabled on the account, try and call customer service as you are travelling in the European Union.
