Roaming not working in Amsterdam

My Samsung A3 isn't working in Amsterdam. My partner has the same phone and it connected automatically! I have checked my account and everything seems ok, any suggestions?

@MD Reboot your phone and then try to manually select another network. If that doesn't work, you could try customer service on your partner's phone (if they're also on O2) and see if there's anything they can do. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus If your partner isn't on O2 you can call on Skype using this number: +44800 032 1402.

Check your network settings are on auto and reboot the phone. If that fails try a manual search for a different network and if still no good, contact customer service to see if you have a roaming bar on your account
