Roaming in Swiss under Pay Monthly Sim

How do I know if I have to pay 4p per MB in Switzerland? I am confused as "European zone" includes Switzerland, and the bundle is "Roam Free". After I signed in MyO2 app, I saw 4p/MB is needed for roaming in Switzerland, in the active "O2 travel opt out" bolt on. What can I do to ensure I pay no extra to get roaming free in Switzerland? It is included in your EU Roaming upto 25Gb (or your data limit which ever is the lowest). 

The 4p/MB is out of your allowance, or if you are roaming for over 63days in 180days
