O2 also offer cheap roaming rates to some countries with o2 travel.
You are only charged on the days you use the service.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

As long as you turn off mobile data in the settings then you won't be charged. If the phone is off then obviously no data will be used but that sort of defeats the object of taking the phone at all. Customer service should be able to unprovision roaming for you but it's better to call rather than use live chat.

Also remember if you ask customer service to deprovision roaming, you will not be able to make or receive calls whilst roaming, you should still receive texts.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
