I'm in Portugal. Roaming is switched on. I have plenty of data but I cannot get any mobile internet. Anyone help please?

@Nukesmissus, try selecting a different roaming network, also reset network settings & see if that helps

If using an iPhone, change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"

Hi @Nukesmissus , are you still in Portugal? Hope the weather is good!

It's been a couple of days since you posted about your data connection so I just wanted to check if everything is now working ok? Any help from the suggestions above from @Cataholic2020 and @MI5 ? It would be great to hear back from you. slight_smile
