Rewards not forthcoming

O2 sent me a message saying I would get an extra £20 allowance if I topped up once by 8th May.

I topped up on 5th May but no £20 allowance has been added.

Where is it?

Usually it's a virtual credit that doesn't appear on your balance but once you used it all up it will then continue with your usual allowances or credit you are on big talker

It doesn't normally appear in my O2 or on the balance. I think they have added it separately...

Then if it doesn't show anywhere...no wonder the OP was confused.

Well, now the OP got £20.00 credit and my guess is that the promotional credit,if it was added to the account in the first place, will still be there....so not bad!

If you ring 4444 option 2 twice it will give you whatever free calls/txt/etc you have.
