I’m wondering if anyone can help me out I returned a device after a couple of days of having it and I’ve received a bill for said device. I’ve tried to contact o2 and the line went dead after about 10 minutes of talking to them. Has anyone had a similar experience and could you tell me if the device got took off your account ?

Try 0800 587 4005 first. They are open from 8-6pm today.

If your bill cycle in middle of return period you would be billed for it. Once they have your returned device the payment on the device plan will be refunded.
