How can I return newly ordered phone if customer service is closed down? Now one answer emails or lines. I emailed several times, message on Face book, without any response

I recently upgraded my phone but I am not happy and I want to change it.

O2 is closed down.

It is urgent matter as I am quarantine at home, i live alone, my old phone is broken and it won’t work soon and I use O2 Data. I will be cut of soon.

Please advice

O2 is not closed down, just running at reduced staffing levels and is obviously very busy.

Please keep trying to call customer services on 202.
