Hi all,
I seem to be having issues with a return but cannot get anyone at O2 to get the jist of it. i have returned a handset that should of been an upgrade, but a glitch in the App opened a 2nd account in my name. So I sent new handset back to cancel new account. But it looks like from my orders that both my accounts now seem to appear on the new order number to my horror. i just want to talk to someone who i can hear clearly and understands me.
