I received my upgrade last Monday. I tried the phone for a day but it gave me awful headaches like Samsung’s do so I want to return it. O2 said they were sending me return packaging. It arrived without anything to insert inside like a returns form, just an envelope wi the a tracked delivery sticker on it.

My question is does this insure the item? If it’s tracked? I can’t get to the post office as I’m shielding so I’ll be having the phone collected by Royal Mail from my house tomorrow. Is using the free post tracked envelop they send me enough? Or should I pay for a better service? I asked o2 on the phone but she wouldn’t help with this question. She said she didn’t know.

Thanks

Unless you pay for extra insurance it's only insured for up to £50.

It's your choice as to take extra cover or not and yes, that is the correct address to send to.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Can I also confirm it is Vulcan Road in Norwich as the return address? I think that’s what’s on the return form.
