I received new a device yesterday. I want to return it and cancel the contract that I signed up to online. All the online advice says I need to speak to an advisor but when I call 202 and say I want to do a return, the message is that they are only dealing with priority calls and returns isn't a priority. I can't find a link on 'My O2' where I can inform them of my intention to end the contract . Also I don't know where to return the device to as there was no returns label in the package. I want to make sure this is done within the 14 day cooling-off period. Any ideas?
