Hello, please could you let me know how I go about returning my upgrade phone? I haven’t changed my mind and would like to keep my current device. Thank you!

How did you order/process the upgrade @MarthaG ?
If in store, simply go back and tell them you want to cancel the upgrade. Make sure you take all of the bits that came with the phone.

If online, you need to contact customer services to tell them you want to return it. You can do this either by calling 202, or messaging on social media (if that works better).

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
