Hi,
Im trying out help my dad who is currently in hospital having being taken in for an emergency operation. He needs to return an upgraded phone within a 14 day window and there is no clear way to do this.
I have spent hours going round in circles on the site and the "register return" link only goes to the "fix my device" page. I have called O2 directly but they will not help as they cannot speak to my dad as he is in hospital. They will not extend the period of return either, nor will they tell me where to send the device. There is no returns form in the packaging and no address to send the device.
Any advice on where to send or how to register the return would be greatly appreciated.
