I recently returned a phone due to a change of mind and it arrived to O2 on 20th of May. Still in my O2 it shows processing and it wont let me do anything. When I returned my phone there was also an esim in it. So, now I am without any SIM card and have to pay full for my airtime charges. I tried in store and support to give me esim qr and all said cannot do anything because the return is still processing.
I am calling O2 support every week and nothing is done. One phone call took about an hour and every time I called them they are directing me to a different departments. What a joke !!!

Try contacting the O2 Social Media team, @Kim96 - the 3 ways are listed in the link just below, Twitter or Facebook or Instagram. You can nudge them occasionally without hanging on to a long phone call. Good luck!
