Hi.

Im currently Half way through a Pay monthly plan for a Galaxy Tablet (About 4 months i think) and i have decided i no longer need it. Can i return it and if so, are there any charges?

No you can't return it

If you no longer wish to continue then you need to be aware that you are liable for all fees payable for the fixed term of your contract

If it's on a Refresh contract you just need to pay off the device plan
