I upgraded my phone the end of June and called to return as i wanted a different phone, i was sent a recordered delivery bag which i sent the phone back in last tuesday but i have not heard from O2 yet to inform me the phone has been returned. I am startng to worry a little bit now as I havent heart anything and will be paying for a phone and contract that i do not have? Does it take a while for the delivery to be processed? Can you advise what the next step is.

With limited staff, it will take longer to scan it into the warehouse. You could call O2 and ask for progress. All numbers are in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
