I upgraded my handset and unfortunately got the wrong size. I realised before it was delivered so rejected it upon delivery on Sat 21/03/20. I want to exchange it for the larger size ie Max model. However, my account shows that i still have the handset that has been returned. I cant get in touch with O2. Courier tracking info says it has been returned to sender. Any advice welcome, Thanks

@Tuk Best time to call customer service is 8 am. You'll have to persevere with that. We are all customers here. Not much else we can do.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Tuk

You could try Skype on 0800 032 1402 if the regular numbers are busy.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

With the staffing issues due to the restrictions, it's quite possible that O2 have received it but it hasn't yet been scanned back into stock. Once it has, your My O2 will be updated.
