Hi all
I just wanted to ask if theres anyone who recently returned something back to o2? I returned a phone back to them within the 14 days cool off period, I paid extra for tracking and they got it on the 23rd May and called o2 they still not flagged it as return. Is it normal to take this long? do I just keep letting the monthly contract take money if it delays much longer?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, I'll give it a go tomorrow. I have called customer service these few days before but all they tell me is they'll email the warehouse for an update and call me back which they dont or the status is till not set to return yet so can not refund. Had one guy tell me it can take up to 4 weeks?! Thats when I got worried about paying for a contract I dont even use anymore.
