I recently just purchased the iphone Xr as the updrade to my previous phone, iphone 7. 

i was wondering what i would have to do to return it?

Hi I returned my upgrade phone it's been signed for at your end but I'm still with out a phone I was told once it was signed for i could order the phone I wanted but now been told I have to wait 48 hours I need a phone for emergency can you help

How long does this take please as when I spoke to the man b4 her told me once it was signed for at your end I could order new phone it was signed for at 7.45 this morning but now been told 48 hours

Why do ppl say one thing n lie why not just tell the truth give the right info now I'm stuck with out a phone worse thing I have every done not good info o2 very poor will never do this again
