I need to return the phone I purchased one week ago as it is not what I want. It is impossible to get any response from anyone in terms of policy and procedures. I went to an O2 store and they informed me that they do not accept returns, and to call 202. I have done this, they hang up! I am now on the 'Sales' line believing they will gladly respond, I have been in a queue now for over 30mins, they clearly only negotiate sales on line, or in store, but nothing else. How Do I Return My Phone?????? Please Help
