I have no signal and I am not able to make calls Extra even after calling twice and being on the phone to customers services for over 30 minutes in total due to a mistake that one of your colleagues made with taking a payment. I need my phone up and running

You need to speak to the payment management team @Victorialousie8
They can be reached by calling them on 0800 902 0217, which you can call using Skype as it is an 0800 number.
Alternatively you can message o2 using social media - links below.
