I missed my march payment due to an oversight on my part.reason being my son had recently died and my head was and still is all over the place. I had reminders and I did try to pay but the money went on to another device plan. I set up a 6 month repayment plan which was approved and set up. April bill came money went out bank but was not showing on my O2 ap.i keep getting emails and texts about late payment and now my services are restricted until I pay. What is the point of repayment plans if they aren't going to be honoured? I tried ringing and using the chat thing but got nowhere. Obviously I need my phone on and can't be doing with this unnecessary hassle. What else can I do? I don't have the money to pay way I owe in full

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
