Restricted service

Paid my phone bill weeks ago, phone had been restricted and was unable to make calls send texts or receive any and yet my phone is still restricted and allows emergency calls only.. Although even this doesn't work as I needed to call an ambulance and it wouldn't even allow me to dial 999!! There are no advisers available to talk to and no where I can go because of Corona virus, so I am left with no way of contacting the outside world because my phone is pretty much useless as a phone now! I owe no money my balance is 0 as I pay my bills every month on time and I am furious with the service.. I need my phone switching back on.. Someone from 02 I hope will read this and try to do the right thing... Here's to dreaming I guess!
