Solved: Restoring old O2 number

Hi
I recently had an accident with my phone and sent my phone off with my SIM card by mistake.
I bought a new sim and I've got a new phone from insurance but I need help restoring my phone for some reason the customer service number is not going through on this number even though I bought a £10 bolt on using my debit card.
How can I restore my old O2 number?

You need to call pay monthly customer services from a landline as you will need a new pay monthly sim with your number on it.
You can't use the PAYG sim that you have currently.
