Hey I wanting to cancel my contract but keep my number with my new contact but don't know how to get a pac code to do this can any one help? Thanks

You only need a pac if you are moving networks. If staying with O2 but just changing tariffs they will just transfer your number for you.

Call cs on 202 & they will give you a pac code.

This will generate a final bill & any fees left to pay then you can take your PAC to your new provider.

The PAC will be valid for 30 days once issued
