@Irfan1 Have you activated the sim? See this link for instructions: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/activating-your-sim

If you're still having problems, call into an O2 store if you have one nearby and they will assist you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
