Request for Pac code unanswered

im looking to cancel a number off my account and have tried everything to get a pac code, cant use the app or site as they say i need to call 202, cant text pac to the short code as i have multiple numbers on my account (poor excuse to be honest) called 202 and they cant help as there are problems on their end (they "escalated" it) and was supposed to get a pac code within 2 days (its been 2 weeks)

is there ANY other way i can get this stupid code so i can get away from this company, i cant be waiting on hold for hours on end for their lack of personnel for customer service with people who do not wish to help

You need to call, best time is to call at 8am, you can try the Social Media team via Facebook or Instagram..  but no guarantees

Have you tried to get it through your MyO2 Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

This guide is out of date. The current site layout no longer has the guide's proposed route to get the PAC code.

@HedAix The MyO2 app layout has recently changed, but as pointed out above, the browser version of MyO2 has everything as described: https://mymobile2.o2.co.uk/
