Request fail

I cannot purchase stuff on my phone it keeps coming up request fail something about a monthly limit.
Does anyone know how to change my monthly limit please?

You must have a spend cap applied. You need to contact O2 to remove it

@Emily8 An alternative method to reach customer service aside from the link above is advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

I tried calling 202 but they are only taking urgent calls like leaving 02 or upgrading

@Emily8 O2's customer service during the pandemic has been appalling. Try calling any of the numbers in the link above and choose the option for Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
