Replacing an old (large!) SIM

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have a new Iphone6 and yet my O2 SIM was last used in an Iphone3, meaning it is huge, and far too large for the now micro (nano?) size used in the Iphone6. My problem is I am currently living overseas, so is there anyway I can address this issue, or will I need to deal with it on my next return to the UK (i.e. visit an O2 shop)? Advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I tell you why I was mixed up. In the past I have sent for free PAYG sims (for my son and his partner) they always came with the phone number provisioned on them as well as the SSN. I haven't done that for about 15 months though....

Those do indeed come with a number and need merely to be topped up to activate. A number change can still be done after.
