Replacing Blocked SIM Help!

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello

I entered wrong PUK code and now my sim is blocked.

I have spoken to O2 and have today received a replacement.

Do I just swap the sim cards? Or is there anything I need to do before swapping?

Obviously I can't receive txt or calls as phone is locked due to sim blocked.

Thanks in advance.

Put the new sim in your phone then see if you can call 202.
If not, try live chat.

So first I just swap the sim cards, don't have to do anything else, then phone O2?

Thanks managed to connect to live chat, they must have been busy earlier.

Just replaced the sim and got "sim not provisioned MM#2" but able to turn phone on but no signal.

Used Live Chat and will be ready to go in 1 hour! Power off remove sim and put it back in in about an hours time!

Thanks for the quick answers....much appreciated!
