Replacement sim

I need to order a new/replacement sim as I need to change my number.  I cannot see where to do this on my o2?

As advised, contact O2 - if you need to change your number, O2 permit one free change of number, ask them about it.

If you choose not to do this replacement transaction in person, with valid photo id, in an O2 shop, be prepared to lose service for a few days until Royal Mail get your replacement SIM to your home address, @Scardall.
