 Replacing your sim


Here are the ways to request a replacement sim: 

  • Ask in your local O2 store. Please remember to bring your UK driving licence or passport with you for identification, otherwise we won’t be able to access your account.
  • If you're a Pay Monthly customer, call customer services on 202 or chat to us online using live chat.
  • If you're a Pay As You Go customer, call Customer Services on 4445 (Pay As You Go), free from your O2 phone.

If you are Pay-Monthly (ie a contract customer), you'll have to advise O2 that your previous SIM is unserviceable/unusable/lost - a new one will be sent to you.
