I received my replacement sim and have inserted into my phone but it is not activated. I’m been on hold to o2 customer service for an hour. Can someone help with my issue.

Only customer services can make account changes.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
