Why did you need a replacement @ManouchehTayoub ?

It might be that you need to call customer services to get a bar removed, or to activate it.

There are some alternative numbers, and hints on how to get through, in the guide below - it also includes a number you can call using Skype for free.

Experience shows the best time to call is 8am.
