Whats a reasonable amount of time to wait for a replacement sim following the theft of a phone. I am unable to use my bank accounts as the payment authorizations are going to the phone and  am yet to get a working replacement sim or a call back from your customer services. Very frustrating

Assume you reported it

Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

If it is urgent get to an O2 shop with Photo ID and they will issue a new SIM

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

They are supposedly sent first class royal mail, so should be within a week @Beanie99

If you have not had one then get in touch again -

202 or 0344 809 0202 for pay monthly, and 4445 and 0344 809 222 for pay as you go, or there are social media accounts you can message:

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Not sure if you can get a replacement via a store if reporting it lost - you could try but make sure you take photo ID.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
