Hi all. I lost my phone yesterday and cannot get through to customer servie to order a new SIM and phone.
Any ideas

I afraid they don't. I 've been hung upon 4 occasions and nnever actuallly spoken to someone. They do know that I have lost it becasue I selected that before they humg up saying they were too busy. This has gone on for nearly 24 hours

Apologies, I am a customer like yourself and can only tell you what we have been informed. They have never closed the line for lost and stolen even over Christmas... so you will have to keep on trying I'm afraid.
I'm sure you realise staff number are depleted due to the crisis. They used to supply a form to complete but they got lost in the system and have now stopped using it.
