I lost my phone and ordered a replacement SIM with the same number I've received the SIM and it's working fine in the phone but I've not been able to make calls I'm supposed to have unlimited calls and its not even letting me call o2 on 202 it's just beeping and going off can someone please help I have no credit and online chat is offline don't know what to do

There will be a block on your SIM and your account.
