Can anyone help me?
I have done the troubleshoot and o2 said to send it to them for repairs but when I went to the post office they said they haven't sent the right documents to send away.
do o2 send you the documents and packaging so you can send the phone to them and if so how long do they take to send it out. I have waited 6days so far.
