Repair on finance

Hello, my partner smashed his screen and now it's not turning on. It's a pay monthly phone so obviously can't replace the phone, and also can't afford to pay for a new screen currently. So does anybody know how you pay for repairs through O2? Is it pay there and then, does it come on to your bill or is there any sort of payment plan/finance option?

Repairs are quoted and need to be paid for before any work commences.

You may be able to get a cheaper repair at a local phone shop or pay on credit and pay off over a few months.

Also check if the phone is covered on any home insurance or bank accounts.
