I received a notification on Friday that my phone was faulty and would need to be exchanged I was asking if anyone has he'd this experience as to how long this process will take as 02 say they don't know and repairs say they don't know can anyone help me with this please thanks

Hi yes I called them and they said they were waiting for another phone to come in I did find this strange as o2 said the same things I also have insurance so was confused as to why I can't get one next day

Insurance exchange is 24 hours if they have your exact phone in stock to replace.

If not, they will offer you an alternative which you can choose to take or choose to wait for your exact model.

If you call the insurance they should tell you your options.
