Solved: Renewing with a different contract

If somebody started a 1 year £10 pm contract last September and renewed it through uSwitch to a a new 1 year £8 pm contract, would they get charged/fined extra for breaching the first contract?

Yes, you would need to pay off the first contract.

Your MyO2 will give you the cost or text INFO to 85075
